A shared reflective space for professionals to think together about their work, relationships, parallel process, and the emotional experience of working with children and families.
$80 per person, per session
Reflective supervision and consultation are professional development services and are not psychotherapy.
Some of the most important parts of our work don't fit neatly into a case note, treatment plan, or supervision checklist.
Reflective supervision creates intentional space to slow down and think about the relationships, emotions, and experiences that are part of working with young children and families. Clinical Supervision
Supervision that helps you become the clinician you want to be. Clinical supervision is more than completing hours toward licensure. It’s a space to strengthen your clinical judgment, build confidence, think through complex cases, and develop your own professional style. As a Louisiana Board Approved Clinical Supervisor (LCSW-BACS), I provide individual clinical supervision for social workers working toward independent clinical licensure. Our work can include case conceptualization, assessment and diagnosis, treatment planning, ethics and professional boundaries, documentation, risk and safety, use of self, and navigating the parts of clinical work that don't always have a clear answer.

What supervision looks like
My approach combines clinical skill development with reflective practice. We'll pay attention to what is happening with the client, what is happening in the therapeutic relationship, and what is happening for you as the clinician.
You can expect supervision to be supportive and collaborative while also including direct feedback, accountability, attention to ethics, and the requirements of clinical practice.
Individual Clinical Supervision
One-on-one supervision for social workers working toward clinical licensure, focused on clinical skill development, ethical practice, professional identity, case conceptualization, and use of self.
$150 per session
Group Clinical Supervision
A collaborative supervision space for social workers working toward clinical licensure, with opportunities to learn from both supervision and the clinical experiences of other group members.
$80 per person, per session
*Clinical supervision is provided in accordance with Louisiana social work licensing requirements. Eligibility and supervision requirements will be reviewed before beginning.

I provide engaging, relationship-based training for organizations, teams, and professionals working with children, caregivers, families, and behavioral health systems. Drawing on more than 20 years of experience across behavioral health, child- and family-serving systems, and infant and early childhood mental health, I develop trainings that are practical, and grounded in the realities of the work.
My trainings are designed to connect research and theory with what actually happens in practice. Rather than simply presenting information, I help participants think about how concepts show up in their relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the systems in which they work.
